As you cross the covered bridge and enter this quiet, friendly place, it is no wonder that this community is named “The Arboretum.” The tree-lined streets are rich with tall pines, live oaks, and flowers that bloom throughout the seasons.
This close-knit community is located less than one mile from the Atlantic Ocean and borders the Intracoastal Waterway. Residents can be seen biking, golfing, kayaking, strolling with their dogs, jogging, driving around in their golf carts, playing tennis, playing pickleball, or simply standing around chatting with neighbors.
The Arboretum is one of the few area communities to boast an indoor swimming pool. Located next to the community clubhouse, you will find pickleball courts and a tennis court, both of which facilitates fun, fellowship, and an opportunity to stay in shape for our residents.
Our clubhouse is home to sponsored community events, association meetings, club meetings, social functions and various parties and celebrations.
